When to apply
Two cycles per year. For the current cycle, internal teammates apply from Dec 8, 2025 and external candidates from Dec 22, 2025. Graduating Apr–Oct: apply in December before graduation; graduating Nov–Mar: apply in August before graduation. Apply to New Graduate RN Residency postings on the Atrium Health careers site.
Cohort schedule
ANCC PTAP-accredited transition-to-practice residency; application cycles open twice per year, in December and in August.
Requirements
Graduating from an RN program, or a recent graduate with less than six months of RN clinical experience.
