Cohorts: Rolling and seasonal cohorts (Spring/Summer/Fall). Most tracks up to 16 weeks; Emergency Department and NICU 26 weeks; Float Pool a 12-month program.
Requirements: RNs with under 1 year of experience; Delaware or compact RN license before start; 15-month unit-of-hire commitment.
