National RN Residency Program (Northwest Ambulatory) · OR · Kaiser Permanente
Checked on the hospital's own page on August 17, 2026

Applications: No recruiting timeline is published on Kaiser's national residency page for Northwest Ambulatory. Watch the market positions link directly. This is an OUTPATIENT new-grad pathway, which many new grads never think to look for, so it is worth checking even when inpatient windows are shut.

Cohorts: More than 30 medical offices across Oregon and southwest Washington (Portland, Salem and Eugene in Oregon; Longview, Kelso and Vancouver in Washington), plus specialty outpatient clinics inside two medical centers. Cohort cadence is not published for this market.

Requirements: Active Oregon RN license by the start date (a licence in the state of assignment is required on hire; a second-state licence may be required within 2 weeks of hire and must be obtained within 6 months); American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers; graduated from an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months; less than 6 months of RN experience. Preferred: BSN or above, or prior non-RN work history at Kaiser Permanente.

Specialties: Primary Care, Specialty Care (specialties vary by location)

Dates and requirements change on the hospital's schedule, not ours, and the official page is always the final word. kaiserpermanentejobs.org/nurse-residency-career fetched 2026-08-17; Northwest Ambulatory market block states the footprint, the licence and experience rules and the tracks, and publishes NO recruiting timeline - so no dates are stamped on this row.

Windows for other programs are on the Window Board, and the full list is in the residency directory. No signup is needed to read either one.

Operation Unify. Nursing has enough hard parts. Paperwork shouldn't be one. Built for nurses, by a nurse.
