Requirements: Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the previous 12 months (ASN minimum, BSN preferred); active RN license; less than 6 months acute-care (or less than 12 months non-acute) RN experience; active BLS; sign a 2-year full-time employment agreement; ASN grads must earn BSN/MSN within 5 years
