Cohorts: Three cohorts per year tied to graduation: Summer (for May graduates), Fall (for August graduates), Winter (for December graduates).

Requirements: Graduate of an RN nursing program (ADN or BSN; BSN expected within three years); permanent or temporary Arkansas licensure by scheduled start date; less than 12 months of RN work experience.

Specialties: Emergency Department, Psychiatric Research Institute, Surgical Services, Progressive Care (Trauma/Cardiovascular/Neurosurgery), Women's Health (NICU, Labor & Delivery), Med-Surg (Hospital Medicine, Oncology/Transplant, ENT/Ortho), Cardiac Cath Lab, Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital
